而食物搭配則是由知名的甜點主廚 Season Hung 擔綱掌廚。Chef Season曾任職於大名鼎鼎的紅利義大利餐廳甜點主廚，也曾創辦高級法式甜點品牌「L’etoile 樂朵」，目前專注於同名品牌「SEASON ARTISAN PATISSIER ( Season 敦南旗鑑店）」，在台灣甜點界具有相當影響力，掀起多次台灣的甜點風潮。

For March’s KOR Social, our host Elroy Tay invites you to indulge in the best aged rums in the world. In order to live up to these delicate rums, food pairings will be prepared by Master Pastry Chef Season Hung from SEASON ARTISAN PATISSIER（ Season 敦南旗鑑店）, one of the most sought-after and photo-worthy dessert restaurants in Taipei.
