有人說，品嘗路易十三，就像經歷一段奇幻美妙的感官之旅。路易十三全由頂級香檳區的葡萄製成，並且陳年超過半個世紀以上的歲月，給予它難以言喻的豐富滋味與口感。而包裹著這珍貴干邑的瓶身，更是以水晶製成，上有百合花徽及路易十三字樣，代表著王室，作為干邑之王的經典符號；超過400年歷史的路易十三瓶身，現由名家Baccarat（巴卡拉）所屬工匠手工製造。
本月的 KOR Social 即將帶您走入路易十三的精髓，從味覺、視覺、聽覺、嗅覺一起玩味頂級干邑的迷人之處，除了能品嚐路易十三之外，食物搭配更是由路易十三精心挑選出最能呈現路易十三不同感官風格的絕佳美食搭配；而除了純飲路易十三之外，KOR Taipei 首席調酒師楊子逸也將以VSOP特製兩款調酒，並且為大家呈現KOR新一季的自創菜色，每一口都將帶出干邑的迷人之處。

The King of Cognacs
For October’s KOR Social, our host Elroy Tay invites you to indulge in the King of Cognacs -「LOUIS XIII」, one of the rarest and most expensive cognacs, named after a King, and takes three generations of top masters to make. Food pairings include two delicate canapes prepared by Louis XIII to bring out the essence of Louis XIII cognac.
KOR’s head bartender Zi-Yi has also created two specialty VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) Cognac Cocktails. Food pairings for these cognac cocktails will feature KOR’s brand-new food creations.
